4. By stop paying your school monthly fee, up comming issues upon you such as your users complains, not accessing your school data, and in general any matter that relates to usage of ISchool it will be on your responsibility and not CV. IRANDO.

IRANDO has full right to terminate it's contract with any school upon receive complains or finding your usage (including your school members "teachers, students, etc.") harm to our system at any time without requiering payment return or sending inform emails, messages (contacting you by any way).
